Book Recommendation: If You Decide to Go to the Moon

Alex and I just finished reading one of our library books, If You Decide to Go to the Moon, By Faith McNulty. What an incredible book! We go through a LOT of library books each week, and it's very rare that I find one that I believe is worthy of purchase, but this one will most certainly be on the shelf soon.

It's official

Holy guacamole! Yesterday, the environmental firm that I mentioned previously, sent me job offer, which I oh so promptly accepted. I will continue working at my current job and squeeze in some time here and there for the new one. It's less than 10 hours a week, 100% from home. You just CAN'T pass up such an opportunity.

Less than 24 hours later I have already received my first assignment. I'm a little nervous about how well I can hold it all together, but I've already decided that if I get too overwhelmed with my schedule I will have to taper off the volunteering a little...JUST a little.

At some point I will find the time to post some pictures of Ashley and Mark from their special day this past Friday, which was spent playing around at a few museums in San Antonio. Soon. Very soon.
